Charge Point Operators

Purpose-built solutions for Charge Point Operators

Your chargers earn revenue. We keep them running.

Every hour a DCFC is offline, it costs you in lost revenue, in customer trust, and in operational firefighting. EVSTAR’s underwritten protection puts a service partner behind your entire DCFC fleet, so you can focus on growing your network, not managing equipment failures.

WHY CPOS CHOOSE EVSTAR

Stop Managing Downtime. Start Managing Uptime.

When a charger fails, you make one call. EVSTAR handles dispatch, parts sourcing, and repair. No chasing OEM warranty queues. No coordinating installers. No back-and-forth on coverage.

Predictable Costs. No Surprise Bills.

A single DCFC power module failure can run $2,000–$5,000 in parts alone. EVSTAR converts that unpredictable capital exposure into a fixed annual line item, making your OPEX budget defensible and your margins more stable.

Independent of the OEM. Always in Your Corner.

EVSTAR is OEM-agnostic. We source parts independently and our priority is your uptime SLA, not the OEM's service backlog. Your warranty doesn't expire when the OEM's does.

Portfolio Coverage. One Agreement, Every Unit.

EVSTAR covers your entire DCFC fleet under a single master warranty agreement, regardless of OEM brand, model, or age. Mixed fleets of BTC Power, SK Signet, Zerova, or any other manufacturer are all covered. One contract, one point of contact.

COMMON QUESTIONS

OEM warranties are typically 1–3 years, may cover parts only, and require you to navigate the manufacturer's claims process on their timeline. When your OEM warranty expires, you're fully exposed with no transition plan. EVSTAR runs parallel to or picks up where OEM coverage ends. And unlike the OEM, our priority is your uptime, not their service backlog.

A reserve fund protects you against average failures, not clustered ones. When two or three units go down in the same month, your reserve gets wiped and you're back to unplanned capital draws. EVSTAR converts that unpredictable exposure into a fixed line item your finance team can model and defend, no matter how many units fail at once.

EVSTAR’s protection is a term contract, meaning the customer’s rate is locked in at purchase, regardless of claims activity. EVSTAR underwrites the risk across thousands of chargers and dozens of OEM relationships, which means no single customer's claim history changes their cost.
