Field Advantage Joins EVSTAR as a Warranty Reseller, Expanding Long-Standing Service Partnership

ASHBURN, Va. — Aug. 12, 2026 —EVSTAR is expanding its partnership with Field Advantage, a long-standing service provider partner, to offer their customers a full five-year parts and labor warranty for newly and previously installed Level 2 and DC fast charging stations.

Field Advantage has served as a major service provider in EVSTAR’s nationwide network since 2024, assisting in fulfilling claims on L2 and DC fast chargers covered under warranty. The strategic alignment gives EVSTAR partners fast, reliable on-site repair coverage without building an in-house technician network. Field Advantage handles the on-the-ground diagnostics and repair work, while EVSTAR administers the warranty and manages the claims process from end-to-end.

Together, we have supported warranty service across a growing base of EV charging deployments, pairing EVSTAR’s warranty administration expertise with Field Advantage’s field service capabilities.

Field Advantage recently signed a reseller agreement to offer StarProtect Pro and StarProtect Extend directly when servicing out-of-warranty or completely new charger installs. That turns every out-of-warranty service call and every new install into a protection plan opportunity, right at the point of service.

“Our customers rely on Field Advantage not only to install and service their EV charging infrastructure, but also to help protect that investment over the long term,” said Jason Cortes, VP of eMobility at Field Advantage. “Expanding our relationship with EVSTAR allows us to offer comprehensive warranty coverage at the point of installation or service, providing customers with greater confidence in the reliability and ongoing support of their charging assets. This agreement is a natural extension of our shared commitment to keeping critical EV infrastructure operational as the industry continues to grow.

Field Advantage customers trust them to install and repair their EV chargers. By reselling comprehensive warranties for mechanical and electrical failures, accidental damage, power surge, parts, and labor, Field Advantage offers long-term confidence to their customers.

“Field Advantage has been a critical partner in helping EVSTAR deliver rapid and reliable service to our customers since 2024,” said Holly Audiss, Vice President of Client Success at EVSTAR. “Having Field Advantage as an EVSTAR reseller is a natural next step that allows protection to be extended to more hosts and owners at the exact moment they need it, whether they’re getting a new charger installed or servicing one that has aged out of the OEM warranty.”

This new agreement deepens the partnership between EVSTAR and Field Advantage and reflects a shared commitment to keeping EV charging infrastructure reliable as the industry scales.
