We will provide expert recommendations on the most suitable charger for the customer. Alternatively, we offer installation services for chargers purchased through third-party vendors, ensuring a seamless and efficient setup.
We ensure the accuracy of our installations from the outset by offering customers access to a secure website where they can answer a few questions and submit photos of their property. This eliminates the need for us to visit the customer's home, reducing both inconvenience and the final cost. Once the customer approves the quote and submits the deposit, we promptly schedule their installation.
Your customer will receive a reminder email 24 hours before the appointment and can reschedule if needed. Our installation partner will arrive on the day of the installation, complete the installation, and train the customer on how to use their app. They'll also make sure all permitting is complete.
5-year warranty backed by AIG. This underwritten protection plan eliminates any out-of-pocket expense during this term. This plan covers mechanical & electrical failures, normal wear and tear, accidental damage from handling, and damage from power surges. Your customer will be sent a welcome email after the installation is complete that explains how they can create a claim if necessary.
